    How do you treat complete opacification of the right maxillary airway?

    Please can you help /advise

    Right maxillary airway blocked - opacification
    have a bad smell occassionally from the right nostril
    Have bad headaches
    Have been told i need endoscopic surgery
    Any advice how to avoid this from happening again and how to treat it?

    These are good questions and should be readily answered by your ENT. The symptoms you are describing all seem to fit with the comment about a sinus bring blocked. The last part of your question is probably the most important for all patients to understand and an ENT skilled in managing sinus disease should easily answer these as part of a consultation.
