Zoladex side effects - is it worth it?

I am a 27 F with extensive endometriosis and adhesions. My uterus is pulled down and ovaries are stuck together, along with my rectum. I used to get excrutiating pain with my period - and bowel movements were impossible during this time, however my gynaecologist fixed this with the following - laparoscopy, (including D&C and hysteroscopy, but no removal of endometriosis as it was too extensive and I hadnt done a bowel prep ) and insertion of mirena. I am also continously taking the OCP to avoid a period. So far this has been good (six months post op), I've had bouts of pain from the Mirena as I have never been pregnant, but it's settled down now.

I am losing weight (25kgs) ahead of an operative laparoscopy in possibly six months time. As well, my specialist wants me to have Zoladex injections to shrink the growths, I am scared of the side effects of these, as I also suffer from excessive blushing/sweating and work in a corporate environment. Will the side effects be tolerable?
