How do I manage my phobia of getting sick?

Hello, I have a really bad Phobia with gastro, it's getting out of control. If a family member gets it I totally freak out, stop eating, get uncontrollable anxiety, diarrhea. Even if they aren't sick, and just have a tummy ache I also freak out and ask if they have gastro. I will also leave a gathering if I know someone has/had it. I need lots of help, but just don't know where to go……please help me !

Hypnotherapy has been found to be of help with a phobia such as you have described. A good Hypnotherapist will know how to help you gently release the anxiety and fear associated with your gastro phobia. Suggestions during a session of hypnotherapy can help you to create healthier beliefs that will set the wheels in motion for positive changes in the way you think, feel and behave.
