    PVC's... Can't find a cause, advice?

Dignosed heart murmer 2005, had Sinus Tach in April 2006. Since then I have had the odd arrythmia due to anxiety. In the last 5 weeks (2012)I have experienced two significant PVC's (significant to me anyway) The feeling is heart stops, several shallow beats, larger beat, several shallow beats. I have had two of these recently which are the most significant ones. It ususally only lasts a few seconds. I have had holter monitors, ekg, ecg, stress test etc over the years and all is fine. I am 44 male, gym 5 times a week normal weight, never smoked and dont drink. Yearly checkups Chol etc all normal. This scares the crap out of me. I am working with my GP on this but would just like to find a cause and fix it.

It sounds like you've had all the right tests and if heart disease has been excluded then these PVCs are almost certainly benign (entirely harmless). There need not be a specific cause, just the heart having a “twitch” and in general PVCs are a normal part of the heart's activity. If they are intolerable then I'm sure your GP will discuss what to do next.
