    Nausea during menopause

    Instead of hot flashes, I experience a rush of nausea. My mouth waters profusely and the episode lasts about 2-4 minutes, during which time I'm useless. This happens 6-10 times daily, and has been occuring now for almost 3 years.

    I have excess saliva in my mouth and it lasts about 2-4 minutes.  But I can still do things and it does not happen too often. I just have to keep going to the bathroom to stpi it out.
