    Pulmonary rehabilitation is a structured exercise programme, designed specifically to improve your exercise capacity and also to reduce shortness of breath.

    Involvement in pulmonary rehabilitation is one of the most interventions known to improve  quality of life in patients with COPD.

    Regular and continued participation in such a programme is important to maintain the benefits derived.
