    Where can i seek help for my anger management issues?

    I've suffered with anger management issues for as long as I can remember and recently it has escalated and think I need to seek help for my anger management issues, can you please recommend where I should go/ who i should see?

    Hi. Anger has a valid place and does not need to turn into violence and self or outer destruction. Depending where you live, there are counsellors/psychotherapists and psychologists that deal with and can help manage strong feelings. There must also be some groups that provide weekly management where you can learn relaxation and new skills to defuse anger. Do not let anger destroy your life.
