Polyps are removed using a procedure called a hysteroscopic polypectomy.

The Procedure: A tiny camera (hysteroscope) is passed through the cervix directly into the uterine cavity.

Under clear visual guidance, specialised micro-instruments remove the polyp cleanly at its base without requiring external skin cuts or stitches.

Recovery: It is typically an outpatient, day-surgery procedure. Most patients experience mild cramping for 24–48 hours and light spotting, returning to normal daily activities within 1 to 2 days.
