Grief isn't a problem to be fixed, and grief counselling isn't about "moving on." It's a space to make sense of a loss — a person, a relationship, a version of your life you expected to have — without anyone rushing you through it. In sessions we work with what grief is doing to your body, your thinking, and your relationships, at your pace.
