    How common is bleeding in early pregnancy?

    I've just realised i'm 6 weeks pregnant, and I'm 22 years old. I have had some bleeding and don't know if it's normal.

    It is not uncommon to have light bleeding or spotting in pregnancy, but any bleeding during pregnancy should be reported to your Obstetrician and an ultrasound will often be done.
