Dizziness, ear pressure, sense of water draining from ear, soapy taste

I have been experiencing off and on bouts of dizziness. I have done a balance test, seen the ENT multiple times and they state my middle ears are working properly. Lately, I have had pressure in my right ear and it feels clogged periodically. Several days a week I get the feeling of water running out of my ear (nothing comes out) and after that stops my dizziness gets worse. During this same time, I have also had a soapy taste in my mouth. I have changed toothpaste and stopped all medicine and no change. I taste it all the time, especially while drinking water.

I have tried Flixonase, Claratyne, Zyrtec but with no relief. I have not had any hearing loss except for when my right ear feels completely blocked. My hearing tests have all come back fine.

Could all of this be related? Could it be a middle ear infection that requires antibiotics? Any suggestions on how to proceed?
