Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners
Ball of foot right
I have quite a bit of pain in right ball of foot, similar to bruising walking over a sharp stone. Have had a GP and Xray, report seemed to indicate no general problem, eg: mild degenerative changes in 1st MTP joint and across the distal interphalangeal joints. The report seems not to show any real problem. However It is particularly debilitating (painful) when walking. I have started using Allopurinol again as some time ago I suffered gout, no improvement to date. I would like advice on how to manage this please.
