    Postmenopausal clitoral atrophy

After a very stressful time in my life, my health was not good & my hormones (being postmenopausal) did not seem to exist. I noticed that my clitoris had shrunk and it feels that I also have vaginal atrophy (pressure/frequent urination etc from the bladder, I also have IBS).

I do not take anything other than natural herbs so is there anything that can be done to change this? My naturopath has given me herbs to regain hormone balance, however, I do not think this will restore the clitoral shrinkage. What should I do?
