    The cost of eyelid surgery will be dependent on the type of surgery that is performed and varies if the upper or lower eyelids alone or both need to be done.  It will also vary if they are done in a hospital setting or in an outpatient setting such as in the private surgeon's rooms. You can usually call the surgeons rooms and get a rough estimate of how much it may cost.  An example of the cost of getting just upper eylids done (Bletharoplasty) in an outpatient setting is approximately $1500-2000 for both eyes.
