How to care for oneself with Fabry disease?

Hi all, I have Fabry disease and find it extremely difficult to address/manage all of my symptoms. I experience body pain almost everyday, fatigue, nausea and now I am experiencing kidney/renal complications. Any tips/advice?

Fabry disease is a lifelong condition, hence, tracking your symptoms would be beneficial when exploring treatment options with your physician. It is advised to have regular check-ups with your doctor and to monitor your symptoms. Fabry Pain Diary is a free smart phone app which helps patients diagnosed with Fabry disease to monitor and records their pain symptoms.
