Older patients often have multiple medical comorbidities and may be at increased risk if these problems are not consolidated and addressed in a holistic way. Geriatricians are skilled to provide a comprehensive geriatric assessment and consider the medical, psychological and social aspects of an individual prior to making any recommendations. As a Geriatrician, I strive to provide this to my patients with the aim to improve there overall health and well being.
