Ashleigh is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD, AN) and registered with the Dietitian's Association of Australia with experience in both clinical and private practice. Ashleigh's service includes dietetic assessment, counselling and education towards improving health outcomes whilst providing emotional support and overcoming behavioral barriers to achieve client’s health goals. Ashleigh's philosophy involves teaching people about the core relationship between our lifestyle and the impact on our body and wellbeing. She is here to help provide her clients with the knowledge to make healthy choices and implement them in the realm of a nourishing, enjoyable and sustainable lifestyle. Her recipes are designed for people who love food, love to eat and who have made a conscious decision to maximise their health and wellbeing.
