Support Help and Empowerment (S.H.E. Inc) is a non-profit organisation that provides free and confidential counselling and support for women who are currently experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse in an intimate relationship.
SHE was established in 1989 to provide short to long-term support and counselling for women affected by domestic violence and 20 years on we continue to provide this vital service to women within Southern Tasmania.
Services we offer include:

- Support Groups
- Community Education
