Travel Health Advice

Sanofi

Synopsis

You want happy memories of your trip. So don’t risk picking up a disease overseas. Make sure you get any vaccinations you might need before you go. If, like many Australian travellers, you head overseas on average twice a year, a $150 vaccine that protects you for three years works out at only $25 a trip. That’s a small price to pay for protection from serious diseases. Some vaccines provide long-term (up to 10 years) or even lifelong cover after only one or two doses. And if you’re travelling for work, your employer may cover the cost. Use the table in the fact sheet as a record of travel vaccinations and the date they were administered, and keep it with your passport as a reference for future trips
