Hi my name is Matt and I love health and fitness.
I am a Personal Trainer from Sydney, Australia with many years experience in Australasia and Europe.
I am a strength and conditioning coach, specialising in nutrition and training to hone the physique to the best of it's potential. I specialise in gaining muscle and fat-loss. I develop kick-ass work-outs that produce top-quality results and get my clients what they want - looking super fab super fast. I also write many articles on the web about looking and feeling your best, which includes topics such as nutrition, lifestyle, exercise plans, workouts, programs and much more.
As well as being a Certified Personal Trainer and Boxing instructor I also have a degree in Psychology, so am never afraid of taking on a challenge.
In sports I am passionate about boxing, racquet sports, kickboxing, skiing, surfing and weight-training and more.
