    Telehealth sessions are provided via videoconferencing or telephone and can be done from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Since the pandemic, Telehealth has become a more popular, convenient and safer option to conduct therapy.

    Telehealth for psychology sessions is easy to use. Immediately before our session, I will send you an email containing a link to join a video session I have already started. Then, you only have to click the link, and we will meet in the video session. All you need is a device with a camera and a microphone, ideally a computer, but it could also be a tablet or a phone.
