My PCP told me to do a keto diet and to cut completely salt. The doctor stated that I should eat 50 gram of plant-based proteins daily and only eat from 9am- 3pm. I was 112.5kg and lost 4.5kg with a week.
Is losing that much in a week normal?
Is eating 50 grams of plant-based proteins the best way for keto? Don't I need to consume fat as well for the keto to work? I'm glad that I've lost weight but is this a healthy way to do it?
I'm 23 years old, 173 cm tall and weigh 107.9 kg.
