Why do I not bleed on my period unless I urinate?

    Related Topic
My periods have been really bad but the past 4 years I've been getting seriously bad migraines, I can't be around noise, certain smells or light. I always get this a week before my period and without a fail the first day I'm always vomiting so bad I've been admitted to the hospital so many times because of this where I've been misdiagnosed for gastroenteritis and cyclic vomiting syndrome.

I've gone to the gynaecologist and there's nothing wrong. I get serious bad cramps and sometimes it's so bad I get numbness down the lower part of my spine and in one of my legs. Why is it for the whole week even when I sleep on my period I do not bleed at all unless I urinate? I have to force it, it's so painful I've taken so much time off work because of this issue and I'm scared to use conception I really don't know what to do. I dread having my period because I'm always extremely sick when it happens.
