Bulging disc L5 S1 persistent pain

    Related Topic
I'm a 53-year-old female and have had sciatic pain in the back of my right leg for over 2 months. A month ago a CT scan confirmed bulging disc L5S1 and have been put on tablets. A chiropractor wouldn’t touch it and I’ve only been able to have a week of physio due to us travelling and it didn’t really help.
I’m doing very light exercises and not being very active as I definitely don’t want to make it worse. Over 2 months of this and I’ve had enough of this sciatic pain. I’m wondering if a chiropractor could gently manipulate it to help this as physio has not helped. Getting desperate to ease this pain and getting back to enjoying my travels.
