I have PTSD and anxiety, currently not taking any meds aside from some diazepam here and there. I have psychiatrist and psychologist appointments booked in a couple of weeks. Basically my stuff from past abusive relationship is coming up and affecting a new relationship. We are triggering each other, and I would like some ways to stop that happening in the meantime.
I've suggested a break to address these things individually, and we are both doing that. But in the meantime, my depression has hit a bad point. I was medicated for a long time and stopped this year to try alternative methods.
