    Suspected labrum tear

    Related Topic
Two weeks ago I managed to roll a quad bike, I sustained minimal injuries so I thought, it wasn't until 4 days later I began to have unbearable pain in my right shoulder. (The one that took the brunt of the impact) X-rays showed no brakes, have seen the physio and they sent me for an MRI which also seemed to show no substantial injuries, although one of the physios believes he can see a small tear in the labrum and has referred me to an orthopaedic specialist for their opinion.

If there is a tear, Will this have to be operated on? Or could there be something else wrong that hasn’t been picked up?
