My 9 years old has chronic sinusitis

Every time my son catches a cold despite preventative measures (nasal wash & corticosteroid spray) he ends up with chronic sinus issues, we’ve had this verified with an MRI.

Our son has also recently been diagnosed with Auditory Processing Disorder (which research suggests is linked to repetitive glue ear), Could his sinus issues be the bigger problem and what steps should we take now?

We’ve seen an ENT 2 years ago who didn’t find adenoid or tonsil problems.

The entire winter season feels like my son has back to back blocked nose and I’m concerned if this is left it will continue to play havoc with his hearing?
