How to not gain weight after finishing a low-calorie diet
I started a low-calorie plan, 1200 calories per day, about 5 days ago and I lost 2 kg already.
I only did a 45 minutes spinning class, is this just water?
I am not restricting myself on what to eat but I am trying to stay within 1200 -1500 calories per day. I am scared that I will gain all of the weight back when I start eating more calories again, Please help!
