Are "exercise physiologists" (as stipulated in the program) in Melbourne, offering this service yet, and if not- what do we have to do to get them to offer this kind of service here? I understand some cancer patients are arranging this privately for themselves.
What is needed to set this up? E.g. a referral from an oncologist?
