Using immunisation from overseas in NSW

A kid has received his immunisation vaccines from the Saudi-German Hospital in Dubai. Now he is 2.5 years old and has completed pretty much all of the vaccines listed in the NSW Immunisation Schedule: https://www.health.nsw.gov.au/immunisation/Publications/nsw-immunisation-schedule.pdf

There is no doubt that the vaccines listed on his immunisation card from Dubai are the same as the ones listed in the NSW schedule. Can a doctor simply reject all the ones taken abroad and force the child to undergo all immunisation vaccines again, just because they were not done in Australia?
