Periodic rash that occurs only after breakfast with differing foods

My rash begins with stinging on the face and then heat. The rash spreads down my neck, shoulders, arms, and legs. It occurs straight after breakfast and takes about an hour to disappear. This has happened 16 times since it began 6 months ago. I have kept a food diary during that time, and because it has occurred with completely different foods, I have not been able to identify the cause. I have however tried going gluten-free, lactose-free, and been on FODMAP diet but it has made no difference.

I went to an allergy clinic and was tested for wheat, oats, rice, walnuts and almonds with no reaction. Apart from wheat, these were some of the foods I have had in my breakfast. Recently I had a bad reaction with the stinging happening not only on my face but also around my neck, particularly at the back. I have rosacea, psoriasis, some eczema and chronic rhinitis, and am 78 years old.
