    Intermittent incontinence, audible vaginal wind with anal leakage

    I have been affected by the above issues for several years with the leakage a new addition of 12 months or so.
    I have seen a urologist who tells me it is overactive bladder and can't do anything other than medications and have expensive tests done not covered by Medicare.
    I had a Marshall Marchetti operation done 10+ years ago. Is this a pelvic floor issue and if so, what can be done?
    I had a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with laparoscopic division of adhesions from bowel etc done in 2015(?) as cancer prevention as have a "diseased" uterus still. This could not be removed due to the unforeseen complexity of the operation.
