How can I make this seven-day headache go away?

I can't use the regular medications which I know work for my persistent headaches as I'm pregnant. This headache has been going on for seven days. I have had a cold, so until the last day or so, I've been assuming it was related to that, but it is still lingering behind the eyes and in the temples. I've tried exercising, sleeping, relaxation methods, hot showers, massaging, drinking a lot of water and limiting screen time - all things that have helped other headaches in the past (I get a lot of them).

I know I'm a teeth-grinder at night, but I've been given a mouth guard to allay that problem, so it shouldn't be an issue. However, I do sometimes still wake up with sore teeth and have done so these past few days.

During the first four days, the headache was centred behind the left eye. It has since moved over to the right eye and right temple. I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to try next. Any tips?
