After I do exercise of any intensity and duration I suffer from depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, brain fog, dizziness and often other symptoms. This may last up to four or five days. I am currently on medication and it is working, as long as I don’t exercise. I love to exercise and believe in the many health benefits associated with exercise, so I don’t want to just not do any.
