Options available to remove large excess flab after major weight loss

I have lost an excessive amount of weight and find the loose, flabby skin and the scarring due to operations eg c section is affecting my appearance/anxiety and depression/sex life. I used to weigh 142.7kg and now 77kg. When I got down to 115kg which took over 2 years, I got a gastric sleeve done. I now have this excess flab all over my body. About 4 years ago I went onto a public wait list at the local hospital, last year I got to 3rd on the wait list to be told they will no longer do the surgery. This resulted in me to go into major depression and a severe lack of self-esteem/self-worth, complete failure in life and for my family. I am unable to fund the procedure and pleading for help. I also suffer from insomnia, arthritis in my back, reflux & leg issues. I do attend counselling to help with my anxiety/depression and have regular fortnight visit with my doctor which both professionals have been absolutely amazing in supporting me with my issues. Can anyone help me, I am 56yrs old.
