My 83-year old father had a bladder stone removal on 16th May. His post op bleed took some time to clear (2 days). He has been re-admitted to hospital on 3 occasions now over a period of 20 days for repeated bleeding/irrigation/clot removal without an end in site. There seems to be no further diagnosis to identify the source of the continued bleeding. My question: Would this be considered normal post-operative behaviour and what advice can you offer?
