    Thyroid Results

I recently had a semi-full set of blood taken. For the last 21 years, I have been on 100mg Thyroxine. The results of TSH 3.89, FT4 15 and FT3 4.5 were always within "Normal" range. My last doctor actually gave me my Thyroid Peroxidase Ab test which came in at 197.8 Range (<34). I just had another test done my TSH is 14.3 Range (0.5-5.0) FT4 11 Range (9.0-19.0) and Peroxidase Ab 342 Range (<34). Can anyone tell me what this means? I know my TSH is high but why are my antibodies so high? Despite questioning for many years, I have yet to find a doctor who can actually explain things to me rather than just say its normal.
