Removing my braces next week however my teeth are still not straight

I'm removing my braces next week however my teeth are still not straight. My full treatment is 18 months. My dentist said that they are straight, however, I'm personally unhappy with them. I have huge gaps in my side teeth e.g. Canines, molars etc. My teeth don't touch either. My top front teeth are still crooked as one tooth is still slightly over the other. My 3rd molar on my right side is completely crooked. My bracket fell off and I have notified my dentist numerous times about this to which he has refused to stick it back on. It fell off 2 months after I got my braces. The bracket on my 2nd molar also fell and I have notified him about this also. He refused to place another back on until my next appointment which I had to remind him again that it had fallen off. I have pictures of my teeth to prove that my braces are clearly not ready to come off by next week. It seems my dentist is doing business and only wants his money.
