How do I eat working night shifts?
Hi, I want to lose weight. I'm now 110 kg and need to get to 80kg at least. The problem is I can't go running or do gym work due to my lower back - also my weight doesn't help my back issues. So I guess it's my diet/food that I need help with.
I work night shifts, my hours are 7pm- 7am. One week I work Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. The other week I work Wednesday, Thursday and Friday then it repeats, it is basically a 7day fortnight roster.
If you could please help me on what to eat and the times I need to eat, I'm seriously having issues with this.
