Back and rib pain caused be to wake up 4 days ago. This worsens when trying to use my arms or legs. Getting into a sitting position decreases the immediate pain intensity but ribcage and spine feel tight. Anti-inflammatories and lat dorsi stretches relieve the intensity and permit sleep - provided I don't move. Sitting is generally comfortable but muscular spasms around the lower part of my ribcage are occurring and my back and right leg feel constantly tight. I finished cycling over 400km in Vietnam on a road bike over 2 weeks ago and have been walking and swimming since.
