Intussusception due to fawceps delivery & if I should get a colostomy?

After dealing with bowel problems for 38 years and being told there was nothing wrong with me and to go home and eat and 'just relax' I finally got a diagnosis of Intussusception off a professor in Gynaecology. Further debilitating my bowel is the operation I had before proper diagnosis was wrong and damaged all the nerves in my bowel. Between the two I now live mainly on juices and in constant pain. I have heard nothing good about sacral nerve simulation and know someone that can't even have it reversed. Contemplating the next step and would appreciate any suggestions for surgeons that specialise in this area. Maybe a colostomy bag? I live in Port Macquarie NSW thanks!
