Why does my daughter have pain in her right side near navel?

My daughter is 16 years old and has had pain in right side near navel for over 12 months ranging from 5 out of 10 to 7 or 8. nausea, bowels fluctuating between constipation and diarrhea, low ferritin levels (10). No blood in stools or urine. Nothing has showed in bloods other than low iron. She's had an iron infusion and has made no difference. Frustrated parents as we can't help her. -
