What may be causing my mild abdominal pain?

Since Friday I have been having mild abdominal pain, to the right above my navel. I had some gastro issues on Saturday night, but potentially that was from a work colleague who had it after coming back from Asia. The area is very mildly sore to press - there is no significant pain in the area or tenderness when I release my hand. I have been getting occasional short bursts of shooting pain, again very mild. No nausea, vomiting, or inability to pass wind/ or use the toilet either. No fever/jaundice either. I do have fibromyalgia, and have got constant soreness in my hip areas though.
