I have a diverse educational background, having obtained a Clinical Masters in Psychology and a Master of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. My work experience has further developed a rich skill set in the areas of Clinical Psychology, Business Strategy and Executive Coaching gained over the last 20 years.
After working for a number of years at various hospitals and public health settings, I had a long career in marketing and branding, occupying a variety of senior corporate roles where I experienced first hand the realities and demands of professional life. This firsthand experience made me passionate about the mental health and wellbeing of working professionals.
Over the last 7 years, I have focused on applying evidence based Psychological and Executive Coaching techniques to support the mental health and wellbeing of working professionals.
