Mental illness is still on the rise in Australia and with more people seeking treatment, it is not surprising that the search for mental health professionals and questions relating to depression and anxiety are also on the rise within healthshare.com.au.

• Over the past 3 months, we’ve had 235,000 profile views and 70,000 phone clicks for mental health professionals. These include Psychologists of which we have 6,900 profiles, Psychiatrists (1,700), Counsellors (330) and Psychotherapists (200).

• Phone calls to mental health professionals are up 40% in June-August 2017 compared to the same period in 2016.

• We’ve also had over 1,000 mental health questions asked to date on healthshare.com.au.
