I have just started a new job and I'm worried that I will say or do something that will get me fired. I have been training this week, and the person training me seems a little impatient with me, and when I left or the day she seemed annoyed with me. I now feel very anxious and keep running scenario's over in my head, and think the worst. How do I stop this and forget it? Because of my last job I got depression and anxiety, and I don't want it to get that bad again.
