Ive suffered from depression, anxiety, bipolar for a few years now. Im 20. F. I'd like to talk to someone whos also going through the same things, just as support. I havent been to a doctor, but it is getting worse all the time and i recognise that i will have to, or things will get very bad. Keen for a chat, thanks!

    Hi lander23

I was struck by one thing that you wrote:

"Ive suffered from **depression**, anxiety, **bipolar** for a few years now. "

Depression and bipolar are very different - typically their treatment/management needs different approaches, including different meds.

I suggest that you ask your GP to give you a referral to a psychiatrist - s/he will be able to do a proper assessment of you and will be able to suggest appropriate treatment - it will be different depending on whether your Dx is bipolar or depression.
