    There is no clear evidence in available literature to display a clear link between psoriasis and type II diabetes, however gene association studies have found there maybe a link between the genomes which confer a susceptibilty to crohns disease (an inflammatory bowel disease) and psoriasis, and this gene has also been associated with type II diabetes.
