Symptoms of lactose intolerance can include bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhoea and gas (flatulance).

Lactose intolerance symptoms may differ in severity between sufferers as different individuals with lactose intolerance can tolerate different amounts of lactose in the diet.

An Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) can help you understand whether your symptoms are from lactose and what levels of lactose you may be able to tolerate.
