I'm the same and am looking for a personal trainer as well, thanks for the answer. I've also been looking at Cocount oil. I've been taking one table spoon morning and evening, I've also started walking 1/2 hour as fast as I can. The coconut oil has no cholesterol and helps with hunger cravings and may also balance the hormones. I'm giving it a try to see what happens. The best to buy is cold pressed virgin cocount oil. Its solid, it was suggested to take it in my daily cup of coffee or tea and its quite nice. Reply to this post  | Report
